Liberty Valley Doors is Business of the Year

On January 24th, 2009, Liberty Valley Doors was named the recipient of the 'Business of the Year' award by the Cotati Chamber of Commerce. Also, in recognition of their environmentally sound business practices they were presented with the 'Best Practices Award by the Business Environmental Alliance of Sonoma County on February 27th, 2009. Liberty Valley Doors was the first company ever nominated by two seperate agencies for this award. They were nominated by the Cotati Chamber of Commerce and the Sonoma County Waste Management Agency.

Marin Energy Authority launches website

Information about the Marin Energy Authority, the nine member power authority that will collectively study, promote, develop, and manage energy programs to address climate change by decreasing energy-related greenhouse gas emissions, is now available at www.marinenergyauthority.org.
